- Organisation and individual reputational checks
- Training, briefings, and related professional services
All services are advisory only. We do not guarantee compliance, risk elimination, or specific outcomes.
3. Open Source Research Methodology
For open source research services:
- We use lawfully accessible, open‑source information only
- We do not conduct covert activity, intrusion, or access restricted systems
- Findings reflect information available at the time of research
- Third‑party data may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change
Our reports are not legal, financial, or regulatory advice, and should never be treated as such.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Confirm you have a lawful basis for requesting OSINT or research
- Ensure access to relevant personnel, systems, and documents
- Make your own decisions about how to act on our advice

5. Fees & Payment
- Fees, in line with the rates displayed on our website, are as stated in your proposal or engagement confirmation
- Invoices are payable within 14 days
- We may pause work if invoices remain unpaid
- Statutory late‑payment interest may apply
- We reserve the right to require prepayment of fees prior to work commencement
- We reserve the right to increase fees due to increasing scope or time requirement
6. Deliverables & Intellectual Property
- All methodologies, tools, and materials remain our property
- You receive a licence to use deliverables for internal business purposes only
- Deliverables may not be shared externally without our written consent
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Both parties will keep shared information confidential
- We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
- For all research work, you confirm you have a lawful basis to request research on any individual or organisation
8. Reliance & Use of Information
- Our reports and recommendations are for internal use only
- We do not accept responsibility for decisions made based on our findings
- Open source research findings may rely on third‑party sources outside our control
9. Exclusions of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for:
- Loss of profit, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Regulatory or enforcement action taken against you
- Losses arising from your failure to act on our advice
- Losses caused by third‑party systems, data, or sources
- Changes in publicly available information after the report date
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability, whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise, is limited to either:
100% of total fees paid
or
A maximum of £1,000, whichever is lowest.
You agree this limit is reasonable given the nature of the services and fees.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days’ written notice.
You must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled exclusively by the English courts.
